Which areas do you cover? 

We are happy to hire our ranges across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, herefordshire and Shropshire. We may also cover areas outside of these counties if needed. To find out if we cover your area get in touch with us for a chat.  


Do you charge for delivery, set-up and collection?  

We provide free delivery, setup and collection within 15 miles of WR2 postcode. Once you get in touch and we provide a unique quotation, this will always include all extra charges, such as travel expenses, so there will be no hidden nasty surprises.  


How much is it to book with you? 

To secure your date we ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit.  The remaining balance is due one month prior to your event.  Alternatively, if you haven’t decided on what you require just yet, you can pay a £50 Save the Date deposit which will be deducted from your final balance.  


What happens if something I hire gets damaged?  

We completely understand that sometimes accidents happen and certain items might be broken or smashed. We are not worried if the odd glass jar is smashed or a picture frame is accidentally broken after toppling over. However, what is unnacetpable is malicious damage, theft and unreasonable negligence. Therefore, depending on the items out for hire, we will include a refundable damage deposit at quotation stage which will be returned via BACS once all items have been accounted for.      


How long do you hire items out for?  

Our standard hire period is one whole day and evening (We usually delivery your hire items on the morning of your event and collect the following morning). If hire is needed for a longer period please do let us know.  


Can I have hire items delivered to my home for me to set up myself at the venue? 

We only deliver to your chosen venue to ensure all props are delivered safely and timely.  


Can I move your props to a different location within the venue myself? 

Due to the nature of the equipment, many have been modified extentively to ensure they are as safe as possible. We therefore know how these items should be lifted and dismantled safely. With that in mind, we ask you to refrain from handling any of our products yourself to avoid injuring or damage.  


Can I change my mind if I order something? 

We try our best to ensure that what you are hiring with us is exactly how you want it. However, we understand it can sometimes be difficult if planning far in advance to estimate quantities. When you book with us we will discuss your requirements in detail and provide communication all the way through the process. By all means, if you need to alter your requirements you can do so at any stage.  


Can I contact you at any time to discuss my requirements?
