Packages

All of our hire packages include all design and consultation , delivery, set up and collection of our displays. Distances over 15 miles from our Powick HQ are charged at 55p per mile per trip (we make two trips – one for delivery and one for collection). All bookings for hired equipment require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total package with the balance payable one month prior to your wedding. If you don’t see a package that fits your needs, please get in touch and we’ll design a package especially for you.


Like our style? Want us to style your day but unsure on what you would like?  No problem at all.  With a £50 Save the Date (non-refundable) deposit we will reserve your date in our diary.  We can then just add bits and pieces along the way right up until one month before your big day when the balance is due.

Mix & Match Essentials Package - £245

Our Mix & Match Essentials Package includes the hire of all of the following:


- Welcome Easel 

- Table Plan

- Order of the Day

- Card & Gift Holder Display (vintage bicycle or rustic crates)

- All consultation, design work, printing & framing

- Delivery, set up and collection (within 15 miles of WR2)

- Props decorated in florals (both silk and fresh) to match your colour scheme.


Choose from props including:

- Rustic crates 

- Ornate frames 

- Vintage bicycle 

- Wooden step ladders 

- Woodland branch frames

Ceremony Package - £395

This package is based on 50 day guests.  Additional guests are priced at £2.75 each.


Our Ceremony Package includes the hire of all of the following (unless otherwise stated):


- ‘This way to the I-do’s' handwritten chalkboard (A1 size)

- Aisle decorations 

(up to 24 chair or pew end floral decorations, numerous lanterns and scattered rose petals)

- 7ft floral arch backdrop 

- Seat reservation tags x 12 (purchased)

- Order of Service booklet x 50 (purchased)

- Bride & Groom chair decorations 

- Personalised confetti cones x 50 (purchased) strung up on ornate frame 

- Real petal confetti to fill 50 cones (purchased)

- All consultation, design work, printing & framing

- Delivery, set up and collection (within 15 miles of WR2) 

-  Props decorated in florals (both silk and fresh) to match your colour scheme.


If you require both the Ceremony and the Mix & Match Essentials packages, ideally they’ll need to be within the same venue due to time constraints for setting up (for example, there may be another wedding in the same church before or after yours).  However, if in separate locations, it isn’t impossible so please get in touch and we will try and sort something out for you.

The Full Package - £1495

This package is based on 50 day guests.  Additional day guests are priced at £2.75 each.

All flowers will match perfectly throughout your day – from your bouquets to your centrepieces and everything in between. 


Additional items such as centrepieces, bouquets and buttonholes can be added onto your package and priced individually.
