Not only do I create your ‘bits and bobs’, I deliver and set up the installations the day before or the morning of your wedding so it’s ready for you to enjoy; returning the day after to collect my items. Leaving you to be ‘all married and happy, and that’...

So, with me, worrying about your wedding day is over. You’ll plan a kick-ass day right? All you need to do is sit back and enjoy it! I’ll take care of making it look utterly stunning.
“But, we were going to style the venue ourselves” I hear you say. Think again! With the average styling job taking 6 hours of unloading, lifting, carrying, ladder climbing, nail breaking, prettifying, hanging, arranging, tidying and cleaning, I’m not going to go into graphic detail of how grubby I am by the end of making all this magic.
Trust me on this one.
...And to be perfectly frank, I have no idea where you are going to find the time to set all this up amidst your pre-wedding pampering!

Let’s break down how the process works, so you can get more of an idea of how your uniquely styled designs will come together.
Once you’ve had a look at my gallery and decided that my style is right for your incredible wedding, fill in my enquiry form and tell me all about the celebration you’re planning. I love hearing about weddings, so feel free to go into as much detail as you like – it’ll get me all the more excited and inspired!
If you know what you’re looking for from me, amazing! Just list your initial thoughts and we’ll go from there.
Wherever possible, I like to meet my couples face to face, whether it’s in person or over video call, so we can get to know each other and bounce ideas around. Consultations take place with a plentiful tea and biscuits supply in my ‘Den’ workshop in Powick, Worcestershire (or over video call if that’s too far afield for you to travel). During the consultation, we’ll let our imaginations run wild, thinking about colour, structures and details that could work for the style of your wedding. We’ll start a Pinterest board of inspiration pieces from within the design world and outside it too. Inspiration can come from anywhere and everywhere, and I’m frequently fired up by my couples’ passion for travel, fashion, food or music in my designs.
After your consultation, I’ll get busy polishing up the ideas we discussed and turning them into a proposal for you. You’ll see a detailed plan, proposed flower types and design components and how I plan to weave them into your spectacular finished installations, bouquets, centrepieces and other props. Don’t worry, the proposal isn’t set in stone, and if we need to adjust for budgetary or other reasons we can tweak the designs until they’re working for you creatively and financially.
Once you have taken a good hard look at your little piece of magic and are 100% happy to book, we require a 25% deposit. This secures your date in our diary, makes me do a happy-dance, and gets all the creative juices flowing. I will work tirelessly in designing, sourcing, preparing, making, purchasing and a whole lot of planning in preparation for your big day. You are welcome to change your mind, add and adjust the details as many times as your heart desires, as long as I know what you need around 12 weeks before.
Around 12 weeks before your wedding or event I’d love to meet you at your venue and talk your ears off about all the things that’ll make your day an absolute blast. Together we can fine tune all those niggles and have a walk-through of how your day would go.
One month before your wedding the remaining 75% of your quote is due, or your adjusted balance.
You don’t need to worry about a thing on your wedding day. Relax, lean into the excitement and the anticipation of the last few months, and get ready for the party of your life! I’ll install and arrange every last piece of your styled creations, making sure that your venue is transformed into a polished, beautiful wonderland of your designs. I also make sure that I hand deliver the bouquets and boutonnieres to you in person, to join you in your excitement, and give you both a massive hug!

I do tend to get booked up quite far in advance (as do many suppliers in the wedding and event industry), and I absolutely hate having to say no to people because of timing. I always recommend that as soon as have your date set and your venue booked, you should send that initial enquiry to get the ball rolling.
No. Infact in many cases you wedding will be the only wedding I will work on that week.
Your wedding will be my sole focus, and I only take on a limited number of weddings each year to make sure I give each one my full creativity and attention.
No you don’t. I price my work in such a way that it includes all prop work, florals, designing, delivery, set up and collection.
I totally understand that pricing your styling and flowers feels like a bit of a minefield when you’ve never done it before (and bouquets from the supermarket just can’t be used as a comparison here I’m afraid). Every quote I send out is totally bespoke, depending on the scope, size and intricacy of your designs, the stem count and varieties of flowers you wish for me to use, and a host of other factors. I will say that my minimum spend is £500 but couples can spend up to £5,000 or more on styling, particularly if I am also supplying all the floristry.
I will always strive to work within your budget and suggest key pieces that make the greatest impact if you feel you need to rein it in.
Oh my goodness, hell yes! I adore creating new and interesting set up and styling ideas. You only need to ask. What did we do in the world before Pinterest, eh? It’s an absolutely marvellous tool to gather inspiration and get ideas, but I do draw the line at directly creating anything you’ve found on there. I will use it as inspiration, certainly, but you deserve wedding styling that is unique. It is my job to take your ideas and the things you love and turn them into something new that’s never been seen before. Your wedding isn’t going to be an imitation of any other, so why should your styling be?
Yes, don’t worry, you won’t be left with needing to leap about up ladders at midnight on your wedding night! Tidy up is included in your quote and usually happens the day after the wedding (in agreement with your venue). We can discuss options for what happens to the flowers in the form of your bouquets and table flowers (minus my vases, urns and vessels etc) – if you would like to take them home, they’re yours. However to avoid your home being overrun with blooms, I can arrange for them to be donated to charities, local hospices or old people’s homes to give others a splash of lovely colour. The choice is totally up to you.
We are happy to hire our ranges across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire and parts of the Cotswolds. We may also cover areas outside of these counties if needed. To find out if we cover your area get in touch with us for a chat.
We provide free delivery, setup and collection within 15 miles of our WR2 postcode. Anything outside of this may incurr a minimal fuel charge. Once you get in touch and we provide a unique quotation, this will always include all extra charges, such as travel expenses, so there will be no hidden nasty surprises.
